SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my shipment?
For orders within Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your order will ship out within 2-5 business days. Within British Columbia, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days from the shipping date. Outside of British Columbia, orders can take 3-7 business days. Shipping internationally? Please contact us directly for international shipping
We are happy to express ship to you but please note that there will be an aditional fee.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate fees for deliveries within Canada so that you know what to expect when you get to the checkout.
Shipping within Canada is $15 In store pick up is always free.
Some oversize products may be subject to additional delivery fees. This will be noted at the end of the product description. We will contact you with a shipping quote on the item(s) and you will then have the option of proceding with purchase or declining. A refund will be issued to you should you decide not to go ahead with the order.
Shipping within the US starts at $15, and may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will contact you with a shopping quote on the item(s) and you will then have the option of proceding with purchase or declining. A refund will be issued to you should you decide not to go ahead with the order.
What about international orders?
We are not currently shipping outside of North America. If you would like an international order please contact us directly. Orders shipped outside of North America will be charged the actual cost of shipping.

How about gift certificates?
Gift certificates may be sent by Canada Post or by e-mail.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that will include your tracking number. You'll be able to check the status of your order on-line by entering your tracking number.

Is your shipping fee refundable?
Our shipping fee is refundable before shipping. If you have made an error in your address or the item is returned by Canada Post as undeliverable, we will not refund your shipping costs. Please double check your information before ordering.
Return Policy
We take pride in the products we carry. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us unopened, in its orignial packaging, within 14 days of purchase. We will accept returns via Canada Post, or at our storefront location (5-211 2nd Ave, West, Qualicum Beach BC), and you will recieve a store credit for the full amount.
All sale purchases, are final; no refunds or store credits available.
For mail-in returns:
1. Pack the item in its original box and include your packing slip.
2. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and mark the number on the outside of the parcel to be returned to us.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:
